  • Listen carefully to your concerns at no additional cost
  • Correct any document preparation errors promptly and at no extra charge, when appropriate
  • If the issue cannot be resolved to your reasonable satisfaction, work with you to find a fair solution, including a partial refund or alternative remedy, based on the services already completed

Your Right to Cancel

USCIS-Related Services (Immigration Consultant Services)
 For USCIS-related services, you may cancel within 72 hours of signing the service agreement or making payment and receive a full refund of the service fee.

Legal Document Assistant (LDA) & All Other Services
 For Legal Document Assistant (LDA) services and all other non-USCIS services, you may cancel within 24 hours of signing the service agreement or making payment and receive a full refund of the service fee.

Important Notes on Fees

Please understand that government filing fees, third-party charges, and vendor costs (such as notary, apostille, translation, or recording fees already paid on your behalf) are non-refundable.
 If a refund is approved, any such costs will be deducted accordingly.
